
Palma City Council has prepared over 300 activities to celebrate Christmas 2025, bringing together tradition, culture, music and retail stimulation. The festivities kick off with the opening of the Cort Nativity Scene and the switching on of the lights in Plaza de España. The city will display numerous nativity scenes in various iconic locations. In addition, PalmaActiva is running the ‘El comerç local il·lumina Nadal’ (Local commerce lights up Christmas) campaign, with 138 activities between 21 December and 6 January, including choir concerts, brass bands, elves, royal pages and flash mobs. There will also be storytelling, workshops, photocalls and new initiatives such as ‘Piano en Ciutat’ (Piano in the City), with pianos available at various locations for anyone to play.
