Andrea Canepa is an artist who was born in Lima in 1980, and whose work explores the relationship between the body, movement, and architecture. Her exhibition “CAPFICO” is on display at Casal Solleric, Palma’s most prominent contemporary art space.

The CAPFICO exhibition features an art installation that interacts with this historic building’s courtyard and decorative elements. The centrepiece is a suspended structure designed specifically for this exhibition space. Visitors are invited to walk through it and experience the space with their bodies.

The project also includes a video-recorded performance and a sound composition, which enhance the installation’s sensory experience. CAPFICO encourages visitors to reflect on movement, perception and the relationship between people and the architecture of the space.
