One of the most photographed façades in Palma belongs to a pastry shop, the Forn des Teatre. And when you see it, you understand why: its undulating wooden façade is instantly evocative of modernism. The green, ocre and red of its sign make it unforgettable. And then, of course, there is the window display, with a rainbow of confectionery, and its interior, which maintains the essence of a traditional bakery renowned for its ensaimadas and its ‘gatós’.
