TaPalma 2026 is celebrating its 21st edition in Palma, establishing itself as one of the island’s major gastronomic events. The tapas competition will take place on 2 November at the Palau de Congressos in Palma, whilst the gastronomic tour will be held from 4 to 8 November. This year, 42 restaurants are taking part, offering creative dishes inspired by local and avant-garde cuisine.
