Pizziosa makes its own artisan dough, leaving it to mature for a minimum of 48 hours, which provides a light, exquisite and very healthy dough. Our "OO" type flour comes from artisanal Italian mills and we select the best ingredients: Pomodoro San Marzano, Mozzarella Fior di latte, Buffala Campana, Prosciutto di Parma, Roman Spianata and Vegetables Km.0
