The best thing about travelling is that memories help us recover the emotions we experienced. And when you travel, the purchases you make become your most recent memories, whether they are arts and crafts, clothes, accessories or gifts<\/strong>. In Palma, the hardest task is choosing. There is so much variety. National and international products, big brands and also flagship, independent and privately owned stores, products linked to history and Palma\u2019s DNA, local products and kilometre-zero products. Emblematic shops – Unique and incomparable shops<\/h2>

The history of Palma is extremely visible: in its streets, in its monuments and in its shops. The city has 90 shops considered to be \u2018emblematic\u2019<\/strong>, a distinction awarded to those establishments that, apart from their commercial focus (unique offer and wealth generation), represent a point of pride in the collective memory of the city.<\/p>

Their unique window displays can be visited on a tour, either on your own or with a guide \u2014 yet another way to explore the city. These are craft shops, basket makers, chocolate shops, fabric shops, bakeries, as well as pastry shops, bars and caf\u00e9s<\/strong> that characterise the city and its neighbourhoods. Shops that shape social relationships and that are unique and incomparable. The Golden Mile – A wonderful wander through the commercial heart of Palma<\/h2>

Palma has its own golden mile. And it is located between Passeig del Born<\/strong>, the main gateway to the city for many tourists (stone lions included), Carrer de Sant Feliu and the broad and stately Avinguda de Jaume III, with its porticoes on either side. In this area, you can find many large retailers from both Spain and abroad, interspersed with bars, traditional caf\u00e9s and restaurants so you can recharge your batteries (shopping is tiring… and it makes you thirsty and hungry).<\/p>

This golden mile is also home to the Casal Solleric<\/strong> exhibition centre. Its courtyard is one of the few in Palma that is open for visitors, and it is one of the best. So, there is absolutely no reason not to discover the heart of Palma\u2019s shopping district<\/strong>, which is a luxury in itself…<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
