DESCRIPTION:Una sátira que rinde homenaje a nuestra relación con la lengua\, protagonizada por María Adánez y José Troncoso. \nImaginemos que un buen día\, de manera accidental\, una mujer convencional se convirtiera de la noche a la mañana en una erudita consumada de la lengua y la gramática. ¿Cómo cambiaría su vida esta circunstancia? ¿Vería\, como se suele decir\, ensanchados sus horizontes personales y profesionales o\, por el contrario\, estas nuevas destrezas le procurarían la marginación de su entorno?   \nImaginemos\, a la vez\, un prestigioso neurocientífico dispuesto a someter la mujer a un intensivo proceso de desprogramación lingüística en sentido opuesto al llevado a cabo por el doctor Higgins sobre la florista Eliza Doolitle en la célebre obra Pigmalión\, de Bernard Shaw. En este caso no se trataría de refinar verbalmente al personaje\, sino\, inversamente\, de volverlo a su estado primario de limitación expresiva para evitarle\, de este modo\, los trastornos de inadaptación social originados después de su inapropiado accidente.

Para ello Gili nos explica su teoría del pulmón rojo y el pulmón verde.  \nEl nombre del show surgió cuando en una charla con amigos Jaime se dio cuenta que todos enumeraban sus desgracias\, se quejaban amargamente de lo duro que es el día a día\, el trabajo\, las obligaciones\, los horarios\, los niños pero al final todos añadían un Estoy bien però para concluir con buen sabor de boca la conversación y no quedar de pesimistas. \nEn este segundo show entra en escena Sonia. Una chica poco cariñosa que tendrá una percepción de las relaciones amorosas muy diferente a las del humorista mallorquín.  \nPuedes encontrar las canciones de Gili en las distintas plataformas para acudir al show sabiéndote\, al menos\, el estribillo.

DESCRIPTION:La música tradicional se caracteriza por la sencillez melódica\, por el uso de la pregunta y respuesta\, por una armonización homofónica de las voces\, por el uso de ostinatos y por la utilización de la percusión. Estos rasgos son perfectos para introducir a los asistentes al canto y\, sobre todo\, al cantar a voces. En paralelo\, exploraremos la percusión corporal y\, con ella\, conceptos como la rítmica\, la coordinación\, la lateralidad\, la atención o la capacidad de trabajo en grupo. En este taller\, montaremos un pequeño repertorio de música folklórica con origen en diferentes partes de mundo\, donde combinaremos movimientos\, canciones a voces y percusión corporal.    \nActividad recomendada para familias con niños y niñas a partir de 6 años.

SUMMARY:The shadow of the sun
DESCRIPTION:On July 9th at 7:00 p.m.\, the Center for Military History and Culture will host the opening of the traveling exhibition “The Shadow of the Sun\,” a collection of large-format images that reflect\, from a deeply human perspective\, the experience of Barceló Foundation aid workers and volunteers in Africa. \nRather than focusing on the technical aspects of the projects on the ground\, this exhibition focuses on the emotional and personal dimension of those who take part in these solidarity initiatives. Each photograph reveals fragments of life\, encounters\, and emotions\, revealing the human impact of international cooperation. \nInspired by the narrative spirit of Polish journalist Ryszard Kapuściński (1932–2007)\, whose chronicles on Africa are already benchmarks of committed journalism\, the exhibition offers a sensitive\, intimate\, and reflective look at the continent. The images\, guided by his words\, convey stories of resilience\, dignity\, and hope. \nVisitors to the exhibition will be able to experience the daily reality of the African communities with which the Foundation works. Through this visual window\, visitors will discover not only the cultural and scenic richness of Africa\, but also the value of human encounters\, beyond borders. \n“The Shadow of the Sun” will be open to the public from July 9 to 26\, 2025\, at the Center for Military History and Culture (C/ San Miguel 69\, Palma)\, Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.\, and Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. \nAn opportunity to pause\, look\, and reflect on the transformative power of human commitment.
