DESCRIPTION:Piotr Alexewicz is regarded as one of the leading pianists of his generation. He began his musical studies at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław under Paweł Zawadzki\, later continuing at the Zurich University of the Arts with Professor Konstantin Scherbakov.  \nIn 2025\, he was awarded second prize at the Hilton Head International Piano Competition in the United States\, reinforcing his rising international career. He also won the Prof. Zbigniew Drzewiecki Prize at the 18th International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw and twice triumphed at Poland’s National Chopin Competition. \nInternationally\, he secured the Grand Prize\, Audience Award and Musicdeco Prize at the Ville de Gagny Competition in Paris\, as well as second prize at the Dinu Lipatti Youth Music Competition in Bucharest. \nIn 2024\, he performed Brahms’ Piano Concerto in D minor\, op. 15 with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra under Miguel Harth-Bedoya\, winning the Texas Piano Academy Concerto Competition. That same year\, he was among the three winners of Switzerland’s prestigious Schenk Competition\, also receiving all the special awards.   \nHe has released numerous recordings\, including a debut album in 2019 featuring works by Beethoven\, Chopin\, Liszt\, and Ravel\, and is preparing a new release for 2025 with Chopin’s Sonata in B-flat minor\, op. 35\, recorded with the Warsaw Symphony Orchestra.

Gili has experienced several “I’m Going to Eat the World” moments\, but various anomalous situations\, such as a pandemic or a dog jumping rope in a Got Talent semi-final\, thwarted all his possibilities. \nNowadays\, he’s accepted that he won’t eat anything\, but he’s determined to have a great time making people laugh. \nThis show will feature more impersonations and more music. Jaime Gili in his purest form. \nSongs that will be played include “Busco un solterón” and “Reggateon” by Fulanito Baby. \nShow not recommended for children under 16 years of age.
