SUMMARY:"Floresta" Exhibition by Maria Lluïsa Aguiló
DESCRIPTION:Floresta came into being in 2020\, in the hush of lockdown\, when an unforeseen stillness slowed the restless pulse of the world. Compelled by an enduring need to create\, Maria Lluïsa Aguiló began with the attentive contemplation of a flower called the cyclamen whose poised and delicate movement evokes the liberated dances of Loie Fuller and Isadora Duncan. \nFrom that quiet act of looking blossomed several series\, each devoted to a single flower\, unfolding through shifting positions and variations. Over time\, the project opened outwards\, as people began sending the artist images of flowers\, which she returned to them transfigured into paintings. And so the garden grows\, day after day: each piece becomes a private\, meditative rite\, painted with the artist’s thoughts turned towards the person who offered the flower. What takes shape is a luminous universe of sensitive forms and expanding natural microcosms\, gathering into thousands of floral presences.

SUMMARY:TEMPO EN VERTICAL - Art Palma Summer
DESCRIPTION:Fermay Gallery presents TEMPO VERTICAL. En el fondo del oído\, una imagen an exhibition by Alejandro Corujeira and Eduardo Martín del Pozo\, accompanied by a curatorial text by Claudia Rodríguez-Ponga. \nSound belongs to the realm of the invisible; painting\, to that of silence. A tension as complex as it is powerful arises between these two dimensions\, namely the possibility of a dialogue between what is heard and what is seen. In the words of Pascal Quignard\, hearing and sight form a “shamanic pair”: “the singer and the seer”\, “the thunder and the lightning”. \n— Claudia Rodríguez-Ponga

SUMMARY:"L'IMPRESCINDIBLE: EL GRAVAT ENTRE GRAVATS" - Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:El imprescindible: el grabado entre grabados offers a perspective on printmaking as a tool for creation\, research and artistic experimentation. The exhibition brings together a notable selection of graphic works\, shown for the first time at Casal Solleric\, with the aim of highlighting a discipline that has long remained in the background within the artistic landscape. \nThrough the works on display\, visitors will be able to discover the expressive and technical richness of printmaking\, as well as the different ways in which artists develop their visual language through this medium. The exhibition highlights the reflective nature of printmaking: a creative process that requires planning\, precision and a close relationship between technique and final image\, offering a perspective that differs from other disciplines such as painting or sculpture.

SUMMARY:TOMAR ALTURA - Marco Bizzarri
DESCRIPTION:The exhibition explores the work of Marco Bizzarri\, focusing on the mining landscapes of northern Chile. Through repeated journeys\, photographs\, and paintings\, the artist investigates how extractive activity transforms both the territory and its atmosphere. His works depict abandoned industrial spaces\, suspended dust\, and ruined structures\, using light and layering to evoke memory\, time\, and transformation. SUMMARY:NOTHINGNESS - Anke Blaue
DESCRIPTION:Linen becomes the protagonist in “Nothingness\,” the new exhibition by Anke Blaue within ART PALMA SUMMER. \nABA ART presents a series of works in which colour\, texture\, and silence enter into dialogue with antique linens intervened by the artist\, transforming each piece into a sensory and contemplative experience. \nFar from seeking representation\, Blaue focuses on the essential: forms that dissolve\, matter that breathes\, and colours that emerge with an almost hypnotic presence. The old linen is given new life\, becoming a singular body in which absence is transformed into presence.

SUMMARY:NOTTURNI de UGO RICARDI - Exhibition
DESCRIPTION:Ugo Ricciardi’s photographic work focuses on the exploration of spaces imbued with historical\, spiritual and architectural significance. His fascination with photography as a tool capable of recording and revealing light is reflected in images that capture unique and evocative atmospheres. Through his camera\, the artist explores the relationship between human beings\, the natural environment and the ancestral memory that inhabits certain places. \nThis exploration gave rise to Notturni\, a series begun in 2015 that brings together photographs taken under moonlight in different locations around the world. In these images\, nocturnal illumination transforms landscapes and structures into settings of great poetic intensity\, where the symbolic dimension and mysterious character of each place acquire an almost tangible presence.

SUMMARY:DONNA FERRATO - HOLY
DESCRIPTION:Donna Ferrato’s exhibition Holy explores the female body as an intimate\, sacred and also political space. \nAfter decades of documenting gender-based violence\, patriarchal power structures and intimacy as a space of conflict\, the author reclaims the body as a place of strength\, autonomy and presence. The series challenges traditional ideas of holiness\, often linked to submission and silence\, and focuses on desire\, vulnerability and resistance. Far from embellishing trauma\, her images draw from personal experience to construct a powerful visual statement. Holy posits two issues: who defines what is sacred\, and how. This is how it puts forward a spirituality rooted in lived experience\, freedom and everyday life.

SUMMARY:Eva Lootz - Lo tengo en la punta de la lengua
DESCRIPTION:Eva Lootz is a trailblazing artist known for using natural and industrial materials to explore physical\, sensory\, and symbolic processes. Everything is connected: art\, language\, body\, ecology and science. Her artwork does not provide clear-cut interpretations. In fact\, it encourages viewers to find their own meanings in unexpected\, fragmented and unspoken elements\, challenging traditional forms of knowledge. \nIn Lo tengo en la punta de la lengua (It’s on the tip of my tongue)\, Eva Lootz explores the limits of language\, examining what cannot be named\, what is forgotten or trapped between the body and words. The exhibition transforms the space into a sensory realm. Voices\, whispers\, sounds\, everyday objects and materials such as lime\, tin\, wool and felt are related to organs\, prostheses and gestures to release language from its representative function. \nThe works evoke voids\, interruptions and fractures of knowledge in a world saturated with information\, giving shape to the unspeakable\, the excluded and the incomprehensible. Noteworthy pieces include Lengua de cal (Lime Tongue) and Que cada dolor diga su nombre (Let Every Pain Speak Its Name)\, made with Majorcan lime\, a material steeped in historical and symbolic memory that\, as it cracks and is pierced by words\, connects body\, matter and language. \nThe exhibition therefore offers a poetic and critical experience where meaning is not given\, but emerges from fragility\, instability and the unexpected\, opening up new ways of thinking about knowledge\, art and reality. \nOpening hours:\n\n· Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.\n· Sundays and public holidays: 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
