It does not matter in which season of the year you visit: La Lonja is always a breath of fresh air, a serene interlude in the form of a building that is beautiful on the outside and even more so on the inside. A masterpiece of civil Gothic architecture (it was a meeting point for merchants) designed by Guillem Sagrera, which manages to soothe and captivate the visitor with a functional and elegant space, luminous and harmonious thanks to the columns that resemble stone palm trees reaching up to the sky to form the ribs of the vaults.

This building is also an excellent starting point from where to discover the La Lonja neighbourhood, one of the most beautiful and lively in the city, ideal for shopping and with a great and varied culinary offering.
