Fundació Barceló - A major collection of paintings

From Rusiñol to Camarasa

The Barceló Foundation is a non-profit institution founded on 24th October 1989 by the Barceló family. Its headquarters are located in Palma de Mallorca (Spain), in a historic building – the Casa del Marqués de Reguer-Rullán – which has been declared a site of cultural interest. This emblematic property houses a remarkable collection of paintings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, which can be visited by groups by appointment.

 

The result of which is a vast and valuable collection of paintings and work by the likes of Joan Bauzá, Antoni Ribas Oliver, R. Anckermann, Santiago Rusiñol, H. Anglada Camarasa, Francisco Maura, Francisco Bernareggi, Pilar Montaner, Sebastià Junyer, Tito Cittadini, J. A. Fuster Valiente, P. Roch Minué, Lluís Graner, W. Degouve de Nuncques, Joan Fuster, Joan Mestre Bosch, Juan O’Neille, Joaquim Mir, Ramón Nadal, Llorenç Cerdà, Josep Ventosa and C. M. Tarrassó.

 

Visitors can also enjoy its temporary exhibitions during Palma Brunch, Palma Summer, the Night of Art, and the Christmas season.
