The stately home of the Counts of Montenegro, of the Despuig lineage, one of the foremost names among the island's nobility. The cardinal Antoni Despuig was born here in 1745. The house of Cal Comte de Montenegro, in the heart of the La Lonja neighbourhood, has a courtyard built in the Gothic style.

The Baroque renovation of the façade of this mansion stands out, with the stone balconies and wrought iron railings featuring the Despuig coat of arms.
